First Look at the New McLaren P1 GTR Lazante
When hybrids and EVs were new on the scene, McLaren was leading with the P1. Now they’re back on top with the new McLaren P1 GTR Lazante. The P1 GTR is said to have 986hp, achieved by combining a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 with an electric motor, this gives the GTR a 0-60mph of about 2.5 seconds and a top speed well above 200mph.
