If you’re an EV enthusiast, then you’re probably familiar with the Taycan. It’s Porsche’s first all-electric sports car, and it’s been turning heads since it was first introduced. This week, Porsche hit a major milestone when they produced their 100,000th Taycan. If you’re one of the fortunate few who get to drive this car, then you know just how amazing it is. Congratulations to Porsche on this incredible accomplishment!
The Taycan has emerged as a top option within the higher-end market for performance sedans, and has quickly become one of Porsche’s best selling models. Of the 300,000 vehicles Porsche delivered globally last year, 41,296 were Taycans. It even sold more than the 911 model!
The 2022 Porsche Taycan comes in several model variations, such as: the Taycan GTS Sport Turismo, Taycan Turbo, Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo, and it’s fastest, the Taycan Turbo S (which goes 0-60 in 2.6 seconds). If you’d like to learn more about the Porsche Taycan, check out this article here.
